Quattro's Cuisine is best classified as Northern Italian, with both French and Spanish influences. Our specialties include fresh fish & shellfish, filet minion, lamb, veal, chicken, pasta & vegetarian dishes. In fact, we prepare over fifty sauces to order. Specials are run daily, so we always have additional seafood & meat choices available for the most demanding palate.
