Luis Rojas opened Quattro's over 20 years ago, bringing award-winning Italian flavors to Guilford and the shoreline communities. Luis moved to the United States in 1989 as a teenager and soon found a love for culinary arts. Starting from the ground up as a dishwasher, he began his professional cooking career at Dante's in Hamden, CT. Partnering to open Quattro's in 1996 in the former Strawberry Hill shopping center, Luis took over as sole owner in 1999. Quattro's can now be found just steps from the Historic Guilford Green.
